What does the ART Design software do? Can embroidery designs be rescaled etc.?

Yes, rescaling is possible. It is also possible to 'mirror-image', 'rotate', 'reshape' (TrueType fonts), 'change colours' in the ART Design software. Most formats can be read/written and communicate with BERNINA 830.
